Ordered it, and was on my front porch two days later! Couldn't ask for anything better than that. Thank you!

Not satisfied. / / 2010-02-15
It took 15 business days to get my book (and they do not not send you tracking information or updates), it was damaged en route to me due to poor packaging, and it took them more than a week to issue a refund AFTER the book was returned to them (I knew exactly when the book made it to the warehouse- delivery confirmation). Also, they did not ship it within the 1-2 business days after placing your order. You'll get an email from them saying they did but they did not ship it when they notify you!! You'll see the date it shipped on the package when it finally gets to you. When you try to contact them via email, after a few tries they will get back to you with an automated response. Poor customer service, and I will never purchase from SuperBookDeals again. Spend a couple of bucks more and purchase from someone more reliable. Just read the negative reviews on this seller and they tell you the whole story. I learned my lesson the hard way.

No response to my emails / / 2009-10-05
The item was mailed with delay. The seller did not respond to several emails that I sent.

one psych grad student's perspective / / 2009-08-29
I'm in a graduate level psychology course using this book, and my professor said it is essentially a medical school text book. my professor said this book is one of the best that you can get on the subject. he was a little dissapointed that the new edition hasn't come out yet and said that will really update a lot of the things currently going on in the field. it's a little dated relative to things going on now but he said that all the basic information is better than what you can find elsewhere.

A classic / / 2009-08-04
This is a classic. Clear, very well written. Of course, right now is becoming rather old.
